Data Deletion

You can request deletion of the data pulse. holds about you at any time. Two paths, depending on what you want to remove.

Two paths — pick the one that fits

1. Delete your pulse. account entirely

Removes your identity and any ad-account integrations you connected.

Email pulse.support@dhihospitality.com with "Data deletion request" in the subject line.

We respond within 30 days. We may ask a follow-up question to verify your identity before completing the deletion. There is no charge.

2. Just disconnect a Meta, Google Ads, or GA4 ad account

Revokes pulse.'s access to that ad account without deleting your pulse. account.

Do this from inside the app: Settings → Connections, find the platform, click Disconnect.

You can also revoke pulse.'s access from the platform side:

  • Meta: Meta Business Manager → Settings → Business Integrations → find pulse. → Remove
  • Google Ads / GA4: myaccount.google.com → Data & privacy → Third-party apps & services → find pulse. → Remove access

Once revoked, pulse. can no longer pull data from that account. Historical data already pulled is retained under your pulse. account until you delete the account itself (path 1 above).

What gets deleted, and what stays

When you request full account deletion (path 1):
